All warranty and non-warranty claims must include a copy of the original purchase invoice.

Warranty returns cannot be processed without a valid tax invoice, so please retain your proof of purchase.

Wherever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

Ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damage caused by inadequate packaging may not be covered under manufacturer warranty terms.

Inspection & Resolution
