Delivery Options

Standard Shipping: Free or flat-rate shipping via Australia Post or StarTrack, with parcel tracking included for full visibility of your delivery.

Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost for faster delivery.

Click & Collect: You may collect your order directly from our store. Please see the Click & Collect section below.

All orders are carefully packed to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 1:00 pm WST, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day dispatch.

You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Due to higher demand on Mondays and Fridays, we recommend placing orders early to avoid possible delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Bulky or Heavy Items

Large or heavy products are shipped via road freight to ensure safe transport.

Delivery timeframes for bulky items may vary depending on destination and carrier schedules.

Click & Collect

If selecting in-store pickup, please wait for your confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection.
